Sandra Ponce de León is an entrepreneur, storyteller, and regenerative ecosystem builder focused on connecting people, technology, and nature to drive positive environmental impact. After a career building and scaling tech companies in Silicon Valley, she relocated to the Riviera Maya to explore how innovation can help regenerate ecosystems and communities. She is the founder of ReFi Tulum, a collaborative community bringing together scientists, entrepreneurs, technologists, artists, conservationists, governments, and local communities to accelerate regenerative solutions. Sandra is also the creator and executive producer of Guardians of Nature, a documentary series highlighting people driving environmental and social regeneration around the world—from coral reef restoration in Mexico to circular economy projects in Sweden and community conservation in Indonesia. Through her work, she champions storytelling as a catalyst for connection and action, building a global platform to inspire a more regenerative future.

Tania Cuevas Martinez is an award-winning filmmaker, producer, and social entrepreneur. Mexican-born. New York-made. She brings over 20 years of experience in film and television production, producing stories that connect culture, innovation, and social impact. Her films have been funded by the Ford Foundation and the Disney Foundation, and screened in prisons, classrooms, and universities—from Rikers Island to Harvard. Today, she advises climate innovators on brand strategy and storytelling, cultivating alliances that accelerate nature-based solutions.

De Souza Works is a boutique strategy and innovation consultancy founded by Bonnie de Souza, leveraging over 24 years of executive leadership across media, music, telecommunications, health, and entrepreneurship. He specialize in business transformation, brand building, and strategic growth, helping companies unlock opportunities through innovation, creative strategy, and operational excellence. With a proven track record of launching and scaling ventures like Radio Solsidan, Clubalicious, and Dee Jay Promotions, De Souza Works offers bespoke advisory services for startups, SMEs, and established brands looking to stand out, grow, and future-proof their business.

As COO & Producer at Studio 86 AB, he combines commercial leadership with creative production, helping guide projects from concept development through to delivery. His work focuses on building strategic partnerships, developing funding opportunities, managing stakeholder relationships and creating the collaborations that help international productions succeed. With a background in building businesses and long-term commercial relationships, Mark brings a practical, solutions-focused approach to every project. He believes that the strongest productions are built on trust, collaboration and shared purpose, where creative vision is supported by meaningful partnerships and sustainable growth. Passionate about stories that inspire positive environmental and social change, Mark enjoys working with organisations, researchers, businesses and communities to help bring authentic stories to audiences around the world.

Francesco Valentino is a fashion photographer, filmmaker, and creative director with over 30 years of experience in the international fashion industry. Raised between New York and Italy, his work is recognized for its bold use of colour, cinematic storytelling, and exploration of contrast, emotion, and human expression. Early in his career, Francesco assisted the legendary fashion photographer Francesco Scavullo. He has collaborated with leading designers including Michiko Koshino, Oscar de la Renta, Vivienne Westwood, Edwing D, Angelo, and has worked with renowned personalities such as John Malkovich among many others. His photography has been featured in international publications including i-D and Elle. He has also directed film commercials, including campaigns for Björn Borg, and produced the Spanish feature film What Left of Life.
